💃 About Products

Q1: Are all sarees at NIVAARI ready to ship?
A: Most of our sarees are ready to ship, unless otherwise mentioned. Made-to-order pieces or custom embroidery may take longer to dispatch.

Q2: Do you offer blouse stitching or customization?
A: Currently, we do not provide blouse stitching. However, some sarees may come with an unstitched blouse piece.

Q3: Are the saree colors shown on the website accurate?
A: We try to capture colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

 

📦 Orders & Shipping

Q4: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days in India and 7–15 business days for international destinations.

Q5: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track it through the courier's website.

Q6: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping charges and delivery times vary by location.

 

💳 Payments

Q7: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations in India.

Q8: Is COD available for all orders?
A: COD is available for most pin codes in India, subject to courier availability. A small COD fee may apply.

 

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q9: Can I return a saree if I don’t like it?
A: We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Q10: How do I request a return?
A: Email us at contactnivaari@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item with order details and photos of the issue.

 

❌ Order Changes & Cancellations

Q11: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return process must be followed.
