At NIVAARI, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the details related to shipping timelines, costs, and procedures.

 

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Timeline

We offer shipping across India and select international destinations.

🚚 Domestic Shipping (Within India):

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping partners: Trusted national couriers (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post)

✈️ International Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days (may vary by destination and customs clearance)

  • International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

 

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders over ₹999 (India only).

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below the free shipping threshold or for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.

  • Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on weight, size, and destination.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package on the respective courier’s website using this tracking ID.

 

5. Delays & Delivery Issues

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier partner delays

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Unforeseen logistical issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customs clearance in case of international orders, but we will support you in resolving any issues.

 

6. Address & Delivery Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate and complete.

  • We are not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

 

7. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, we will:

  • Contact you for an updated address.

  • Re-ship the order (re-shipping charges may apply).

  • Refund the order (excluding shipping fees) if delivery is ultimately not possible.

 

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged parcel or if any items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing videos/photos for verification.
