Return & Refund Policy of NIVAARI

At NIVAARI, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality products, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a transparent return and refund process.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags, packaging, and labels intact.

  • Proof of issue is provided (such as photos or videos of the damage/defect).

We do not accept returns for reasons of personal dislike, change of mind, or size preference unless the product is defective.

 

2. How to Request a Return

Include the following in your request:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or video evidence of the issue

Our support team will respond within 24–48 business hours with further instructions.

 

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved, we will provide details for sending the item back.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the receipt until your return is processed.

 

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount in your account.

 

5. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, and the item is available in stock, we will arrange to send you the replacement after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Products bought on clearance or final sale

  • Customized or altered items

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or use

 

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process if applicable.
